unofficial version of the FSM Code appears on the FSM
official website.
However, the code, as it appears there has not been
updated since August, 2001 and many Sections are badly
out of date.
On
this website we are offering updated versions of selected Titles of the
Code. We will add to this list as time goes on. We
will emphasize Titles that have been substantially
revised since 2001 and which are important to business
and commerce in the FSM.
This
is an unofficial version offered as a basic research
tool.
It has been checked over, but not thoroughly
proofread. Anyone finding errors in what is presented
in invited to let us know.
