The lift that fell over was rented from
Bryan Pine Rentals in Talafofo Guam. We
believe that the lift was in poor condition
and defective and that is why it toppled
over, killing these brave men.
We also wish to speak to any one that has
rented this lift of a similar lift from Pine
Rentals and has any knowledge about that
company's equipment, safety practices,
rental procedures or the condition of their
